Owner, RN, CNA and social worker

RN/Owner – oversees the overall operations and strategic direction of the assisted living facility and ensure that the facility complies with state regulations, maintains financial stability, and provides high-quality care to residents. As Registered Nurse she coordinates and oversees the clinical care provided to residents, conduct resident assessments, create and update care plans, manage medication administration systems, and monitor residents’ health conditions. As RN provide training and supervision to caregivers and medication aides, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and communicate with physicians and families regarding resident needs. They respond to medical emergencies and support the overall wellness of the residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver

The CNA provides direct hands-on care to residents, supporting their daily living needs. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and eating. CNAs observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition, help maintain a clean and safe environment, and offer companionship and reassurance. They play a key role in residents’ quality of life by providing respectful, compassionate, person-centered care.

Social Worker

The Social Worker supports residents’ emotional, social, and psychosocial needs. They help new residents transition into the facility, conduct assessments, and advocate for residents’ rights and well-being. Social workers organize care conferences, coordinate community resources, assist with family communication, and support residents through challenges such as grief, cognitive decline, or behavioral changes. They promote mental wellness and help maintain a positive, supportive living environment.
